Maggi is an all-time favourite by all the generations and a quick hunger solution snacks. This Maggie recipe is super easy and healthy because we have added different vegetables to it to make it twisted and colorful one. You can cook it for instant hunger pangs or any time like when you feel lazy to make dinner/lunch. Maggi recipes don’t require more oil, you can also try this with zero oil, and it’s an amazing way to add veggies to your diet plan. Sometimes, simple 2 min Maggi might feel boring so here I share my all-time favourite 6 easy and quick masala Maggi with overloaded vegetables.
Basic Ingredients required: Maggi 2 packet, 1 tbsp. oil/butter, 1 tbsp. Salt, ½ tbsp. Turmeric powder, 2 packet Maggi Masala, Water as per required
1. Vegetable Masala Maggi
Star Ingredients: 1 chopped tomato, 1 chopped onion, cubes carrot ½ cup, Green peas ½ cup, 1 sliced paper, 2 tbsp. chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp. chopped garlic, chopped green chilli ½ tbsp.
Instruction: Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and green chilies, sauté it well for minutes and add all the chopped veggies and toss well. I don’t like overcook of tomatoes, if you want the same then add it at the end of the dish for more crunchiness. Roast the veggies with turmeric powder and salt for two minutes; add water as well as Maggie and cover the lid. Wait for two minutes, open the lids and add 1 packet Maggie masala and tomato together. Stir it well and switch off the flame. Now it’s ready to serve hot, garnish with coriander leave and enjoy.
2. Sweet corn Maggi
Star Ingredients: Boiled Sweet corn ½ cup, 1 tbsp. Chopped green chillies, 1 tbsp. black pepper powder
Instructions: Add oil to the pan, add sweet corn, chopped chili and sauté it for a minute. Add water as per the requirement and put Maggie in it along with pepper powder and salt according to taste. Let the Maggi cook with corn for two minutes. At this time sprinkle Maggie masala on it, if you want you can add cheese cubes too to make it creamier. Once it ready then transfer it to the serving plate and enjoy it while hot.
3. Spring onion Mushroom Noodles
Star Ingredients: ½ cup sliced Mushroom, 2 tbsp. chopped spring Onion, 1/2 tbsp. chopped green chili, ½ tbsp. Black pepper powder
Instructions: In a pan boil water and add Maggi to boil for 2 mins, only add salt to taste. Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan and toss mushroom, green onion, green chili, sprinkle a pinch of salt, red chili powder, Maggi masala and fry it well. Now drained out the water from boiled Noddles, mix with prepared mushroom and cook it till done. Sprinkle black pepper powder and serve hot.
4. Paneer Maggi Masala
Ingredients: Paneer cube half cup, 1 chopped capsicum, 1 tbsp. Tomato sauce, ½ tbsp. Turmeric powder, ½ tbsp. Red chili powder
Instruction: Take a pan and heat oil, then add Paneer cubes with capsicum and sauté well. Fry till it cooks perfectly. At the same time heat saucepan and add water for boiling Maggi, after 2 min strain the water and transfer it to the serving bowl. Let’s come back to the masala Paneer. Add tomato sauce, spices, Maggi masala and fry well. Serve Paneer masala on the top of the Maggi or you can also mix it with noodles for two minutes then serve it well. In both ways it tastes yummy!
5. Veg Soupy Noodles
Ingredients: 1 cup Chopped mix vegetables as per your choice (Cauliflower, Beans, Carrot, Cabbage, Tomatoes, Onion), 1 tbsp. corn flour, 1 tbsp. Black pepper powder., 1 tbsp. Soya sauce
Instructions: Pour oil to a heavy bottom pan and add 2 cup water, Meanwhile add all chopped vegetables, with salt and soya sauce. Cover the lid and cook for 5 mins. Then add Maggi strips to it and boil more two mins. In a bowl take cornflour with water to make a slurry and add it to the soup; don’t forget to mix it well. Add Pepper powder, masala and mix well. Now your soupy Maggi is ready to serve hot.
